Our company had a turnkey mandate, which included the design of electrical and mechanical systems and structural engineering. The client required the conversion of a warehouse space into management offices at the upper level and studio production offices and art departments at the lower level. A climate controlled film storage vault was added on the lower level. The building exterior was restored and completed with new fenestration.
The historic wood structure at the building interior was sandblasted and restored.
