The tenant required an open space concept for their digital media and on-line travel businesses. The challenge was to modify an office loft area, including the structural reinforcement of existing interior masonry walls, construction of a new washroom, shower areas, and new multi-function kitchen area, while minimizing the disruption to a restaurant in the area below the renovated space.
